What we use, and how to opt out.

On The Way Laundry uses a small number of cookies and privacy-respecting analytics. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers on our first-party site.

Essential cookies

Required for the site to work: secure sign-in sessions, security (CSRF) protection, and remembering your service area. These cannot be turned off without breaking core functionality.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage (which pages are visited, general traffic patterns) so we can improve the service. This data is aggregated and used for product improvement, not advertising. Google acts as our analytics processor.

How to opt out of analytics

You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites by installing Google's official Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by using your browser's cookie controls / "Do Not Track" and privacy settings to block analytics cookies. Blocking analytics does not affect your ability to use the service.
