On The Way Laundry collects and uses only the information needed to provide service, operate your account, protect transactions and support you. We keep data use understandable and limited to legitimate business and legal needs.
Account and contact information, pickup and delivery addresses, order details, care preferences, communication choices, commercial account information, support requests and technical information used to protect the service.
If you provide a mobile number and opt in, On The Way Laundry may send transactional text messages such as account verification codes, order status updates and pickup reminders. Message frequency varies by activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Mobile numbers and messaging consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing; they are shared only with the messaging provider used to deliver these texts.
Card data is handled by our payment provider. We store provider tokens and transaction references, never raw card numbers.
Address and route information is used to verify service eligibility, plan pickup and delivery, provide proof of service and improve route reliability. Precise device location is requested only after you choose to use it. Coordinates may be sent to a mapping or geocoding provider to identify an approximate service area, and the location check does not save those coordinates to your account.
To create and fulfill orders, communicate status, process payments, manage memberships, support customers, prevent abuse, measure performance, improve routes and comply with legal obligations.
Information may be shared with vendors that provide payments, communications, hosting, maps, routing, analytics, support or other services required to operate On The Way. Providers receive only the data needed for their role.
Businesses that manage laundry through On The Way remain responsible for the customer data they collect through their own account. We define data-handling, retention and export responsibilities in our business agreements.
We keep information for defined periods based on operational, legal, financial, fraud-prevention and customer-support needs. You can request account deletion and exercise data requests through a verified workflow.
Our security controls are built around least-privilege access, strong separation between organizations, audit history, encrypted secrets, payment tokenization, backups and monitored systems. No system can promise absolute security.
